We will be holding our 2011-2012 Graduation Ceremony and Campout on May 18th at Covenant United Chrurch.  We have permission from the church to tent camp in the area between the retention pond and the parking lot.  The Graduation Ceremony will take place in the Gym.  As always there will be Hobo Meals and probably some great Dutch Oven Desserts.  Also, there will be a special ceremony happening that night for the Cubmaster, as he will be getting his beads for completing his Wood Badge requirements.

For the campout, if the weather is bad we will use the gym and do it like a sleepover (sleeping bags and pillows).  No one will go home unhappy.

Let your Den Leaders know how many will be attending, so we can properly prepare for the Hobo Meals for supper and for the Baggie Omelets for breakfast.

Please arrive early to setup tents and so we can begin to get the hobo meals prepared before the ceremony begins.  The ceremony will begin at 7:00PM.

Where: Paris Mountain State Park

When: June 1- June 3

What: Family oriented campout for Pack 527

Comments: Please plan accordingly for weather and activities as far as clothing and gear. The pack will provide food for the Saturday dinner, all other meals you need to plan for. The pack has reserved site 16 for the general communal area. You can look at the map to see where this is and choose a campsite that best fits your needs. Some sites can have more than one tent, so you can share with others. Sites 7-22 probably offer the best proximity to the communal area. We will do a pack campfire there, cooking, and meeting up in this area. Please make reservations at the link below.
